Payment is a bank transfer to the details shown in the bot. Credits are added after an admin verifies the receipt. During beta, your balance is capped at 20 pickups — pricing is subject to change, so we limit stockpiling.
This is a pilot launch in one building. We want to verify the service is really useful before we grow further.
After 15 minutes the request is auto-cancelled. No credit is charged — credits are only deducted on completion or no-show. You can try again later.
By default, no — credits are non-refundable once added to your balance. Exceptions (technical failure, duplicate charge, unfulfilled pickup) are listed on the Refund Policy page.
The collector waits up to 10 minutes. If we cannot reach you, the request is marked "no-show" and 1 credit is charged.
