Why it is useful

No carrying it down

No heavy bags, no trips downstairs. One tap and the trash is handled.

When it suits you

Request a pickup whenever suits you within working hours. No fixed pickup days, no waiting for a truck by the building.

Transparent

You see who arrived, when, and at what stage your request is. You are charged only for completed pickups.

Payment is a bank transfer to the details shown in the bot. Credits are added after an admin verifies the receipt. During beta, your balance is capped at 20 pickups — pricing is subject to change, so we limit stockpiling.

Questions

What if no one accepts my request?

After 15 minutes the request is auto-cancelled. No credit is charged — credits are only deducted on completion or no-show. You can try again later.

Are unused credits refundable?

No. Credits are non-refundable.

What if I am not home when the collector arrives?

The collector waits up to 10 minutes. If we cannot reach you, the request is marked "no-show" and 1 credit is charged.

Can I leave the bag by the door?

Yes. We only ask that the bag is tied securely and does not leak — this is a shared stairwell, and we all want to keep it clean.

What are the working hours?

Current schedule may change during the pilot. Check the bot for up-to-date days and hours.

How do I reach support?

In the bot, tap "Help" — the message goes straight to an admin.
