Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TrashDash on-demand trash pickup service.
1. Service Description
TrashDash provides on-demand household trash pickup within a single residential complex.
2. How It Works
You create a pickup request in the bot. A collector accepts and heads to your location. The collector sends an "I'm here" notification and waits up to 10 minutes. The pickup is complete once the trash is collected.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide an accurate address (section, apartment, floor). Be present or leave the bag at your door at your own risk. Respond within 10 minutes of arrival. Maximum 2 bags, up to 15 kg total.
4. Credit System
New users receive 2 free pickups. Additional packages: 5 pickups / 300 ₴, 10 pickups / 500 ₴. Credits are non-refundable and deducted on completion or no-show.
5. Payment
Payment is via bank card transfer. Send a screenshot of the receipt to the bot. Credits are added after admin verification.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the pickup is completed or marked as no-show. If a collector has already accepted, they will be notified. If you cancel after the collector has arrived at your door, 1 credit is deducted.
7. No-Show Policy
If you do not respond within 10 minutes of collector arrival, the request is marked no-show and a credit is deducted. After 3 or more no-shows your account will be reviewed by an admin.
8. Prohibited Items
Only household trash is accepted. Hazardous waste, chemicals, construction debris, liquids, and sharp or dangerous objects are not permitted.
9. Privacy
We store your name, section, apartment, floor, optional phone, and Telegram ID. Collectors receive only the section, apartment, floor, and username needed to complete the pickup. See the Privacy page for full details.
10. Liability
TrashDash is not responsible for items left unattended at your door. Service availability is not guaranteed around the clock.
