Refund Policy
TrashDash sells digital pickup credits. This page explains when and how a refund may be issued.
1. General Rule
Credits are a digital product, delivered to your balance immediately upon successful payment. Once added, they are non-refundable by default.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be issued if: (a) payment was charged but credits were not granted due to a technical failure; (b) a duplicate charge was made for the same order; (c) a credit was deducted but the pickup was not fulfilled through our fault and cannot be re-attempted. Each case is reviewed individually.
3. How to Request a Refund
Tap the ❓ Help button in the TrashDash bot or use the /help command. Include your order reference (shown on the receipt) and a brief description of the issue. An admin will follow up to gather any additional details.
4. Review Timeline
We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original card via WayForPay within 14 calendar days.
